How To Make Your Own Gourmet Scented Natural Candles

With Halloween & tho Holidays coming up wouldn't it be fun to make your own candles?
It's rewarding to learn a new skill & if you use candles often, or would like to, it's nice to save some money making your own.
There is something very attractive about a flame. I think it's because fire is one of the basic elements in creation. You can't get more real & natural than a flame :)
Being near a candle flame is somehow bringing one back to nature, it's very reassuring & cosy.
Candles well placed & carefully used can add a lot to your space & how you & others feel in it.

There's an e-book that tells you all you need to know to make your own gourmet scented candles. It recommends using the usual candle making fragrances which are not 100% natural by any means. If you prefer pure natural aroma candles you can make unscented ones &, after lighting the wick & letting the wax pool, you can drop a few drops of pure essential oils into the wax pool being very careful not to put the oil into the flame.
Seems making pure aroma candles with the oil mixed in the candle when made is tricky & can be disappointing. I want to try it out my-self & see sometime & let you know how I get on but for now the drops technique works fine for me.
