Body Ecology Book for Great Health!

This book is great for giving tips on diet for getting rid of those health problems that are stubborn & can't be nailed by mainstream Drs.
It lays out a regime that takes time & focus but does produce tangible results sometimes in just 1 week. Why not give it a try if you know you are running on less than full cylinders & want more energy, enthusiasm & fulfillment. Willing to put in some time for feeling Oomphy again?
Read this book, forget it for 2 days & read it again & you will find it doesn't seem so difficult.
